Guidelines in filling the Survey
This assessment form is designed to evaluate organizations’ commitment to excellence in human resources management. The form consists of six sections, each focusing on a critical aspect of HRM. Please complete the form accurately and submit it along with the required attachments.
Section 1: Leadership and Governance
Effective leadership and governance are essential for creating a conducive environment for HRM practices. This section assesses your organization’s leadership and governance structure, strategic planning, and management’s commitment to HRM.
Section 2: Human Resources Management Excellence
This section evaluates your organization’s HRM functions, including professionalism, best practices, and strategic positioning. Please assess your organization’s commitment to HRM excellence.
Section 3: Technology Optimization
New technology can enhance employee competence and organizational performance. This section gauges your organization’s commitment to promoting employee engagement with new technologies.
Section 4: Innovation, Productivity, and Corporate Performance
Innovation, productivity, and quality are crucial for organizational success. This section assesses your organization’s commitment to promoting innovation, productivity, and quality.
Section 5: Managing Diversity and Inclusion
Managing diversity and inclusion are essential for creating a fair and just work environment. This section evaluates your organization’s commitment to promoting inclusivity, equal employment opportunities, and diversity.
Section 6: Occupational Safety and Health
Occupational safety and health are critical for protecting workers and employers. This section assesses your organization’s commitment to excellence in safety, health, and security functions.
Section 7: Elimination of Child Labour in the Workplace
Eliminating child labour is essential for creating a just and sustainable environment. This section evaluates your organization’s commitment to eliminating child labour and providing meaningful internship opportunities for young people.

Submission Guidelines
Please complete the form accurately and submit it along with 19 attachments. Only one submission per organization is allowed. The deadline for submission is Midnight of Friday, 17th October, 2024. Winners will be announced on Friday, 22nd November, 2024.
